It helps prevent spam from overwhelming our reps and also provides us a way to get the information we need from you to better solve problems with a minimal number of email exchanges.
E-mail support is available for customers who are using the latest version of non-discontinued software and customers using a demo/trial version of our software. To see if you qualify for E-mail Support, you must log into our support site with your product registration number. Customers who choose not to log in with their registration number will have no option to contact us via web form.
