Support Policy

  • One-to-one support via phone or e-mail is provided to registered or trial (demo) customers using the latest version of that particular software.
  • There is a $19.99 fee per incident for phone support. There is no charge for calls related to first-time installation.
  • Registered and trial customers at the latest version of the software are entitled to free one-to-one support via e-mail.
  • Customers at non-current versions of our software do not have access to one-to-one support unless they upgrade to the current version. Otherwise, customers can find information (hot tech topics, knowledgebase, etc.) on our support web site.

3rd Party/Non-DataViz Products
If you purchased a 3rd party product from DataViz, support for that product will be handled directly from the product's manufacturer. Please see our 3rd party manufacturer contact list.
