Problem:

My registration number or activation key does not work.

Solution:

If your registration number or activation key does not work to activate the program, below are some steps that may solve your problem:

  1. Verify that the numbers you are entering are correct. To check your activation key, please click here. Please note that activation key letters are NOT case sensitive.

  2. Make sure you include the dashes in both the registration number and activation key.

  3. Make sure there are no spaces entered before or after the registration number or activation key. If a space was accidentally entered, it may be hard to see, so you should completely delete everything in both the registration number and activation key fields, then re-enter that information.

  4. If you are registered for multiple DataViz products, check to make sure you are entering the registration number and activation key that were given to you specifically for the product you are trying to activate.

  5. If you are trying to install one of our programs on Mac OS X, you need to be sure that the user profile under which you are installing has administrator privileges. If you still cannot activate the program after trying the above steps, please click here for further steps.
