Why is the information I entered into Palm Desktop not synchronizing to Beyond Contacts on the handheld?

Answer:

Beyond Contacts does not synchronize with Palm Desktop or the Palm OS built-in applications. The conduit for Beyond Contacts only transfers information between Outlook on your computer and Beyond Contacts on the handheld. Any information entered in Palm Desktop will not be synchronized with Beyond Contacts.
