How does Spell Check work in Word To Go?

Answer:

Word To Go supports spell checking in Microsoft Word files. (NOTE: Spell Check is only available in the Premium Edition of Documents To Go.)

To spell check your document, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Word file on your handheld.
     
  2. Tap the "Spelling" toolbar icon, or tap the upper-left corner of the screen and select "Check Spelling" from the File menu.
     
  3. Misspelled words will be highlighted, and suggestions will be offered in the suggestions box:
       
    1. To change a misspelled word, select one of the suggestions, or edit the word in the Change To field and tap the Change button. (NOTE: Tapping the Change button arrow will give you an option to Change All occurrences of the misspelled word.)
       
    2. If you do not want to change the misspelled word, tap the Ignore button.
       
    3. If you would like to add the misspelled word to a custom dictionary, tap the Add button.
       
    4. To close the spell checker, tap the "back" arrow button.
