Problem:
After upgrading to Documents To Go 10, I receive the following error message when I try to open an email attachment in Inbox To Go:

Native Attachments
Viewing native Word or Excel attachments requires Documents To Go 6 or higher. You must use optimized Documents To Go formats in order to view attachments.

My email attachments are not necessarily Word or Excel files.
Solution:
This was a bug in Inbox To Go which caused it to be incompatible with Documents To Go 10. The error message is incorrect because the bug in Inbox To Go affected ALL email attachments, not just Word and Excel files. Also, the bug had nothing to do with whether or not the attachment was in an "optimized" format.
This bug was fixed in version 1.0.215 of Inbox To Go, which is included with Beyond Contacts 3.0083. The latest updated version of Beyond Contacts (and Inbox To Go) can be downloaded from the DataViz download site:
