Solution:

A "907 invalid COD" error happens when Documents To Go cannot find specific components needed during installation. To resolve this problem, you will need to uninstall Documents To Go, reboot the phone, and then reinstall Documents To Go. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Options application on your BlackBerry, and go to Advanced Options > Applications.
  2. Scroll down to highlight Documents To Go, then press the Menu button and select Delete.
  3. When asked if you want to delete Documents To Go, select Delete.
  4. After it has been uninstalled, remove the battery while the BlackBerry is still powered on.
