I am unable to enter negative numbers in Integer, Long, or Float fields.

Problem:

I am unable to enter negative numbers in Integer, Long, or Float fields.

Solution:

This issue has been addressed in a patch you will need to download and install to your Palm handheld:

1. Download the SmartListToGo.prc file from the appropriate link below and save it to the Desktop:

   • Windows: SmartList To Go patch [This patch is only compatible with SmartList To Go 3.501]

   • Mac: SmartList To Go patch [This patch is only compatible with SmartList To Go 3.500]

2. Once the download is complete, double-click the SmartListToGo.prc file to add it to the install tool.
3. Select the correct Palm handheld username in the install tool, then close it, and HotSync your handheld.
4. After the HotSync, you can move the SmartListToGo.prc file from the Desktop to the following location on your computer:

   Windows: C:\Program Files\SmartList To Go\Handheld\

   Mac: Hard Drive/Applications/SmartList To Go/(control-click > "Show Package Contents")/Contents/Resources/Handheld/

   When asked if you would like to replace the old file with the new one, click Yes (or Replace).
