Why do I get a "Locked File" message when opening an Excel file on an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch?

Answer:

If an Excel file contains formulas that are not supported by Documents To Go for iPhone/iPod Touch, or if it contains circular references, it will be "read only" on the handheld, and cannot be edited or changed in any way. When that file is opened, a "Locked File" message will appear:

This file contains unsupported functions, and therefore is read-only. Below is a list of the cells that contain unsupported functions.
