Does Documents To Go work with the new Palm Desktop 4.0?
Documents To Go Professional Edition (v.4.0 and below) for Macintosh does not work with the recently released Palm Desktop v.4 for OS X and HotSync Manager v.3 for OS X. Documents To Go Macintosh does not support Palm Desktop v.4 on OS 9.x, either.
Documents To Go v.5.0 is the first version to support Palm Desktop v.4. The current version of Documents To Go is version 7.0. You can upgrade to version 7.0 for $29.99. If you wish to upgrade your software, you must be registered with us. If you are registered, you would have received an e-mail with your registration number and activation key.
If you have your registration number, you can place your upgrade order using the following link:

Register and upgrade to version 7.0
I wish to continue using Documents To Go v.4 or below:
With version 4.x and below, Documents To Go Professional Edition for Macintosh will work with Palm Desktop 2.6.x and HotSync 2.6.x when all are installed in the Classic (OS 9.x) mode of OS X.
Documents To Go Professional Edition (v.4 and below) for Macintosh does not support Palm Desktop v.4 on OS 9, either. You will need to use Palm Desktop 2.6.x in order to use Documents To Go on your Macintosh.
Click on the link below for steps on how to revert back to Palm Desktop 2.6.3 after having installed Palm Desktop v.4 for OS X:
